4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 33k is ৳100 — this applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Depositing using a third-party account or someone else's mobile banking is not acceptable, and such transactions may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete. This time may increase in special circumstances or while a verification process is ongoing.

Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests to a different account may be cancelled.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳2,000 as a bonus.

To withdraw this bonus, the original bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (25x). That means if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and wagering requirements, which are stated on that offer's detail page.
• Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses or abusing the bonus system will result in account closure.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds require the wagering requirement to be met before withdrawal.

• Where a bonus does not apply, regular deposit funds will be used first.

5.3 Cashback and VIP Rewards

33k's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier, and benefits increase as you advance to higher tiers. The wagering requirement for cashback bonuses is separate and is stated in the relevant offer's details.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33k website — logos, graphics, text, images, software, code, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 33k. Copying, republishing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from 33k is strictly prohibited.
